Ray Donch Body Werks and Auto Repairs is a family-owned business that has been located in Franklin Park since 1986. All of our technicians are ASE Certified, which stands for Automotive Service Excellence. ASE certifies our technicians in a series of exams, ranging from brakes to steering and suspension to engine repair. The certification is renewable after 5 years, and to renew their certifications, our technicians must retake the tests to prove competence.
A state appraisal license is required for doing estimates, and we have 2 certified appraisers. We ensure our employees are competent and stay up-to-date on every type of car that comes through our doors.
